Chinese Trademark Office make some efforts to establish the new Trademark standard.  The new Trademark Law will be effective on May 1,2014 in China.  The follows are some notices：

        1.Multiple classes can be chosen when filing one trademark application.
        2.Voice trademark is acceptable.
        3.The examination term will be completed within 9 months form the filing date , with no extension.
        4.Renewal applications can be filed up to 12 months prior to the expired date.
       5.The words like “Well known Trademark” cannot be used on the products, contains, packages or in other commercial advertisement.
